About In Touch Bodyworks

The company In Touch Bodyworks has been in business for three-and-a-half years. In Touch has been at their new location on the Esplanade for approximately one year. In Touch Bodyworks is licensed to do business in the city of Chico California and is also an active member of the Chico LeTip business lunch club.

Tory Zellick, owner of In Touch Bodyworks, began studying massage as a form of pain management for her mother, who at the time had breast cancer metastasis in her spine, ribs and pelvic region. The light bodywork made a significant difference in her pain, allowing her to take less pain medication and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Tory studied in Chico California, at Alternative Healthcare. Tory's instructor was a Naturopath, which allowed for a wide arrange of topics and techniques to be covered. With the completion of the 500 hour course, Tory has experienced a number of modalities, including: Swedish, deep tissue, sports, shiatsu, lymphatic, reflexology, polarity therapy, muscle testing and acupressure.
